So, did you hear about the Korean couple, who met over the internet...got married...had a baby and then let their real child die from malnutrition while they daily nurtured and played with some virtual baby girl, in an online game called PRIUS during their 12 hour marathon sessions at their local internet cafe?

PRIUS is a game where players can choose a job, make a home and raise a family while interacting with other reality challenged fools inside a virtual world.

These dimwits came home from an all nighter and found their kid dead and called the police. They admitted feeding the baby rotten powdered milk and spanked it when it cried.

Oh, and the couple was not employed...they lived with her parents....

A word to grandparents...if you have grown children...and I use that term lightly as it is definitely an oxymoron....make it a habit to check the basement or the room where they're staying inside your house....never know what you might find....new grandbaby needing some food...arsenal for shooting up government buildings or schools.....cannibis plants growing in the corner where your philodendrons used to be....

Thinking terrorists only come with dark skin, in camouflage and wearing turbans is going to get a lot more Americans killed until somebody wises up. Osama and company have figured it out...they're recruiting light skinned Americans to take us out...they're strapping bombs to women in the war zones of the middle east....coming to America...you heard it here first....

And then there are the cowardly lone wolves who just want to die..which seem to be a peculiar type of American manifestation...they plan and act alone...but can't muster the same courage to die alone. ...they have to take somebody...usually somebody innocent, to hell with them...

Haven't we all been players in her reality show since John McCain got the ball rolling back in 2008? Didn't Shakespeare or somebody famous say...”all the world's a stage...play on..” or something like that?

Think this means she's given up on her run for the White House? Don't bet on it...celebrity for no reason or substance plays well these days...with all the money they make....I sometimes wish I had less respect for myself...

is the name of Karl Rove's new book. It's another revision of the Bush years in the White House, such as “invading Iraq” was a good thing

In the book, Rove riffs on his relationship with General Colin Powell....said Powell called him Private Rove when he was annoyed at him and ordered Rove to “drop and give him 20.”

There is even a picture in the book of this give and take between Powell and Rove outside the Oval Office.

Rove should consider himself lucky that Powell never ordered him to turn around and grab his ankles...but then rumor has it that Rove actually likes submissive positions

If Women Ruled the World

It wouldn’t be in the shape it’s in now. ...that’s not me...that’s a study released today saying that the reason men screw things up is that they don’t use both sides of their brain, have too much testosterone and are too impetuous...so what else is new!

But.....I don’t like the idea of a totally woman driven world either...Sitting around while a group of women "process" and "discuss" is like getting my teeth pulled with no anesthetic...

Let’s let women with more than an average dose of testosterone handle things... Trinity, Storm and Zena to rule the world, maybe? How about a little Callisto for crazy to keep it interesting..yeah...let’s send Callisto after Osama B...Bet she could find his cave....

I’m all for bipartisan workings...however the GOP has demonstrated very loudly that it doesn’t give two s**** in a tin can about this country. You tried to get them to help...you failed...not because of anything you did...but because they don’t want you to succeed... and they think that electing a black man as their chairman is going to magically erase their inbred racist tendencies.....F*** Em if they can’t take a joke...

Let’s move on shall we..the country needs help and the stimulus package is only the beginning..

Why is KBR and Haliburton still winning contracts from the government after they got caught paying bribes to Nigerians? KBR paid a fine of 579-million dollars. Doesn’t somebody need to go to jail...Shouldn’t all KBR and Haliburton contracts be terminated and re-rewarded to an honest contractor?

I’m with Congressman Leahy....We should be moving ahead with prosecuting Bush and Company for crimes against America. I don’t think any of them will go to jail, but I do think they need to be made to own up to what they’ve done to this country and the Constitution.

AIDS CURE?

Reports today that stem cells from a donor have apparently cured a guy of AIDS. He is no longer on the drug cocktail that he has been taking for the past 10 years. I certainly hope this report is true.

It was revealed several years ago that certain white people carrying a gene making them immune to the HIV virus. The stem cell donation in this case, came from a person with that natural immunity.

I want to know if Michael Steele and Alan Keyes are the same black man? The GOP uses them interchangeably and you never see them together or at the same time.

Jesse Helms died today....quoting the late, great Jackie “Moms” Mabley.....” never say anything about the dead, unless you can say something good..............”he’s dead....good!”

Money for Nothing....

I’m not gonna lie, if the government wants to cut me a 600-dollar check, I’m going to take it, and I would suggest you do the same. I was around the last time our president decided to return some of our hard earned money. That time we got a whole 200-dollars per person. So 600-dollars, this time around, has to be considered something of a windfall.

This country is flirting with a recession, and it needs us, the taxpayers to spend the money. Saving it won’t help. Paying bills won’t help either. So our beloved leaders want us to take that 600-dollars and buy half a new digital TV. Or, they want us to take a couple of our kids on a vacation, you can draw straws as to which one or two, if you have more than two.

Let’s see, you can also buy a sofa from Lazyboy or some other furniture store, if you don’t have champagne tastes. Or, you could buy about a month’s worth of groceries, maybe, or take the family to a movie, once or twice. If you drive an SUV, you could fill up the gas tank, all the way, a couple of times, at least.

Is this going to help us as individuals, as families, as a country, to climb out the mess we’re in? Hell no. But our government apparently figures the money will divert our attention away from the real problems we’re facing right now.

Problems like the current election. This alleged stimulus bill is a bipartisan mishmash which doesn’t make me any happier with the apparent incoming democrats, assuming folks don’t get too happy with all that money in their pocket and once again vote republican.

Problems like the tax cuts that this administration keeps handing out to rich people. This alleged stimulus is loaded with tax breaks for them....Us, we get 600 to 1200-dollars...once....probably in May...too late to really stimulate anything...

Problems like the on-going conflagration in Iraq and Afghanistan that is eating up two trillion dollars a day. We’ve lost about 4000 troops to date. Osama must be laughing his ass off. Our whole army can’t find him and his kid is on American television giving interviews. If there is anyone who deserves to be in Guantanamo being tortured for info, it’s Osama junior....One question...”where’s your old man, son?” Then I’d give him the 25-million dollar reward as an apology for messing up his dreds, like he needs the money.

Problems like the overwhelming credit card debt that many of us have. Or, the mortgage meltdown that the Fed is attempting to fix, as we speak.

Problems like the cost of gas or the rising costs of heating your home.

Problems like unemployment which is at about six percent right now. And what about social security, health care, and that now fleeting dream of retirement for some.

Problems like our government absolving Haliburton and KBR of any wrongdoing or fraud in Iraq.

Problems like the proposal buried deep in pending legislation that pardons all Bush Administration crimes and misdemeanors in the future, should the rest of the world try to enforce Geneva Conventions rules and regulations. At least, Nixon had Ford do his dirty work.

Yep, we can all take that 600-dollars and go on a spending spree and save our world. That is, what’s left of it, after Dubya and company are gone...
