The man has an entire country to run. <br />I agree with you about the church, leaders, and the Black middle class in general. Black middle class have made their own exodus out of the black communitites and don't bother looking back. This is why I try to push for more career-oriented and/or college-educated people to become mentors. Our young people are out here without proper guidance and no one is coming to "rescue them"--Not Obama, so-called Black leaders, the Black church, parents, schools, the community as a whole. For all the lip-service that is given to this topic, it is as you stated, no one wants real change.<br />P. S. I'm not a big fan of statistics.
